About The Company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our partner's client, a digital solution & cloud/data solution provider.
Role Overview
The GM Non-Infra will oversee the growth of the non-infra business unit, including enterprise software, automation, CRM/ERP solutions, e-health, and upcoming big data platforms. This role requires someone highly consultative and able to “create needs” for clients, especially for data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute commercial strategy for non-infra products and data-led solutions.
- Drive revenue growth across all sectors (FMCG, retail, healthcare, financial institutions, and more).
- Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team (AE, Sales Manager).
- Build relationships with enterprise clients and potential technology partners.
- Drive consultative selling—educating clients, identifying gaps, and creating solution needs.
- Ensure cross-team coordination with delivery, product, and presales.
- Monitor digital transformation trends and adapt GTM playbook continuously.
Profile Requirements
- Min. 8–12 years experience in IT solutions/software/SaaS/ERP/data solutions.
- Strong consultative sales background; able to articulate business value clearly.
- Experience building/leading sales teams.
- Proven success in enterprise B2B selling.
- Ability to think strategically and develop new opportunities.
