About The Company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our partner's client, a regional corporate services and business advisory firm.

 

Role Overview

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational and business activities within the assigned branch. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, strong client satisfaction, and overall branch performance in alignment with the company’s strategic growth objectives.

The position combines leadership, business development, financial management, and operational oversight.

 

Job Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and manage all branch operations across corporate services, including business setup, accounting, tax, HR, immigration, and licensing services.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of consultants and support staff, providing regular guidance and performance feedback.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, service standards, and applicable government regulations.

Business Development & Client Management

  • Drive new business opportunities and achieve branch revenue targets through client acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Represent the branch at networking events, seminars, and business forums to strengthen market presence and brand visibility.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Oversee branch P&L, including financial performance monitoring and budget control.
  • Implement cost-efficient practices to improve profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Strategic Contribution

  • Provide insights on local market trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape to support national strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters and other branches to ensure consistency in operations and service quality.

 

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within consulting, corporate services, or professional services environments.
    • Background in operational management, business management, or area/branch/regional leadership roles.
  • Language: Professional-level English communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indonesian business regulations, compliance requirements, and corporate services operations.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
    • Experience managing P&L responsibility.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Candidates from outside the local area are welcome to apply (no relocation package provided).
    • Willingness to relocate to Surabaya as required.
