Job Role

The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading all operational and commercial activities within the assigned branch, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client satisfaction. This role requires a balance of leadership, business development, financial management, and operational oversight to drive branch performance in line with the organization’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and manage branch operations across corporate services, including business setup, accounting, tax, HR, immigration, and licensing.

  • Supervise, coach, and develop consultants and support staff through regular guidance and performance reviews.

  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, service standards, and applicable regulations.

Business Development & Client Management

  • Drive new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service satisfaction and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

  • Represent the branch at networking events, seminars, and business forums to strengthen market presence.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Oversee branch P&L, financial performance, and budget management.

  • Implement cost-efficient practices to improve profitability.

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Strategic Contribution

  • Provide insights on local market dynamics, client needs, and the competitive landscape to support national-level strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with headquarters and other branches to ensure operational consistency and service excellence.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within consulting, corporate services, or professional services environments.

    • Experience in operational management, business management, or area/branch/regional leadership roles.

  • Language: Professional-level English proficiency.

  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Indonesian business regulations, compliance requirements, and corporate services operations.

  • Skills:

    • Strong business development and client relationship management capability.

    • Proven experience managing P&L responsibility.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Open to candidates currently based outside Batam (relocation support not provided).

    • Willing to relocate to Batam as required.
