About the company

Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of our client, an Indonesian company engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and trading of office stationery and filing products.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Administer employee compensation, benefits, and payroll-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian payroll regulations including PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Handle overtime calculations, severance payments, and other employee compensation matters.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance team regarding payroll-related journal entries and reporting.
  • Support compensation administration and payroll system updates.
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist in audits when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or a related HR field.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, PPh 21 tax, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan regulations.
  • Experience handling severance, overtime calculations, and employee compensation administration.
  • Familiar with journal entries and coordination with Accounting & Finance teams.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
