Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales opportunities for industrial equipment solutions across targeted industries.
- Identify and approach potential clients, build strong relationships, and expand the customer base.
- Understand client technical requirements and propose suitable equipment solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, conduct product presentations, and support negotiations.
- Work closely with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities within the industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sales Engineering, preferably in industrial equipment.
- Proven experience selling equipment such as conveyors, pumps, generators, or similar industrial machinery.
- Experience working with or selling to the cement industry is highly preferred (open to other industrial sectors).
- Background from engineering-related industries; candidates from spare parts or services-only background are less preferred.
- Experience in an international or multinational company is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong technical understanding, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Based in Jakarta is preferred; candidates from other locations are welcome (relocation at own cost)
