Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global provider of cutting-edge technologies and innovative services.

Job Responsibilities

Analyze and translate business requirements related to EDC systems into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Gather, document, and maintain business processes, data flows, and system integration requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations) to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
Contribute to system enhancements, new feature development, and integration initiatives.
Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between current systems and new requirements.
Support testing activities (functional, regression, integration) to ensure compliance with both functional and technical specifications.
Prepare technical documentation including flow diagrams, data mapping, API specifications, and ISO8583 standards.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-deployment support, addressing production issues and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with EDC systems or related industries.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system design principles.
Familiarity with API integrations (REST/JSON), ISO8583, databases (SQL), and basic data modelling.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in software engineering is considered an advantage.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA or equivalent.
