Job Responsibilities

Conduct testing and documentation for Web, API, and Mobile applications, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Create detailed test cases and automation test scripts to support quality assurance processes.
Perform system integration testing, regression testing, and defect management.
Maintain comprehensive test documentation and ensure smooth testing handovers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver applications that meet business and technical requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA).
Proven experience as QA for Point of Sale (POS) systems and/or banking solutions (EDC, mobile banking, e-wallet).
Skilled in both manual and automation testing.
Knowledge of JSON messaging, ISO8583 messaging, and EMV/card-based transactions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
