Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a technology-based financial system company. This company has leveraged its business in Southeast Asia. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive national B2B sales strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team by setting performance targets, tracking progress, and providing coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Identify emerging market segments, evolving customer needs, and new sales opportunities to expand business reach.
  • Manage end-to-end business operations, ensuring seamless onboarding, service delivery, and customer support.
  • Streamline processes across the sales-to-service lifecycle to enhance efficiency and optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with product, technology, and compliance teams to refine operational workflows and uphold service quality standards.
  • Translate the company’s vision into actionable business strategies for sales and operations across Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and the Philippines).
  • Provide valuable market insights and strategic feedback to product and leadership teams to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee full P&L accountability, managing revenue, costs, margins, and EBITDA to drive financial performance.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining compliance across all business functions.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B fintech, financial services, SaaS, or a closely related industry.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial success, scaling teams, and achieving revenue targets within the Southeast Asia market.
  • Deep understanding of fintech business models, including embedded finance, APIs, and digital banking solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with expertise in business acumen, data literacy, and negotiation.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with fintech regulatory frameworks, including KYC, AML, and licensing requirements.
