Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities with B2B clients across diverse sectors. Strategically develop and implement go-to-market plans to achieve sales objectives and expand market presence in Indonesia.
  • Establish and maintain a robust pipeline through targeted prospecting, strategic networking, and collaborative partnerships.
  • Lead contract negotiations and define commercial terms that foster mutually beneficial client relationships
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery and sustained client satisfaction. Cultivate enduring relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to support long-term engagement.
  • Conduct regular consultations to assess client needs and recommend tailored fintech solutions aligned with their business goals
  • Monitor developments in the fintech landscape, including emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory updates in Indonesia. Share market intelligence and client feedback with internal teams to support continuous product enhancement.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to co-create customized solutions that address specific client requirements
  • Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to document sales activities, manage pipelines, and track client engagements. Deliver periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and client insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless client experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline. 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development within fintech, SaaS, or financial services sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Familiarity with payment systems, digital banking, or financial technology is advantageous.
  • Capable of working autonomously while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
