Job Responsibilities
- Business Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in B2B fintech sales, focusing on payments, OCR, and fintech solutions.
- Client Acquisition: Utilize existing networks and databases to onboard high-value clients and strengthen partnerships.
- Revenue Generation: Lead sales-driven initiatives, meeting ambitious targets and revenue projections.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships within the fintech ecosystem.
- Strategic Selling: Implement hunting & farming strategies, ensuring account growth, cross-sales, and upselling opportunities.
- Problem-Solving & Leadership: Take a hands-on approach in addressing challenges, assisting teams in managing issues effectively.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, compliance requirements, and fintech advancements to refine sales strategies.
- Operational Leadership: Drive excellence in sales operations while positioning yourself for future Head of Business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in B2B fintech sales, focusing on payments, OCR, and fintech solutions.
- Established networks with a database of key industry players, respected and well-connected within the fintech ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of fintech regulations and compliance.
- Highly energetic, hands-on, and proactive in managing challenges and problem-solving.
- Sales-driven and ambitious, with a proven ability to exceed targets.
- Strategic thinker with experience in business growth, account expansion, cross-sales, and upselling.
- Strong leadership potential, with a trajectory to Head of Business (Sales & Operations) in Indonesia.
