Job Responsibilities

  • Project Timeline:
    • Ensure that all work is carried out according to the project schedule.
    • Understand the time required to complete each project cycle.
    • Monitor the lead time from project request to completion.
  • Project Cost Control:
    • Ensure that work stays within the project budget.
    • Compare the value of completed work to the expenses incurred.
    • Calculate and analyze any differences between estimated and actual costs.
  • Project Quality:
    • Ensure client satisfaction with project outcomes.
    • Minimize errors and defects during project execution.
    • Assess how well project deliverables meet required specifications and standards.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project.
    • Monitor the resolution of identified risks.
    • Implement preventive measures to reduce risk impact.
  • Resource Management:
    • Use available resources efficiently.
    • Monitor and evaluate the productivity levels of the project team and sub-teams.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with clients.
    • Promote strong teamwork and collaboration among project team members.
  • Project Performance:
    • Track progress at each project phase.
    • Achieve project targets and milestones.
    • Compare actual work value to the planned progress value at specific points in the project timeline.
  • Financial Performance:
    • Ensure the company achieves its profit targets and secures the expected net profit from each project.
  • Managerial Skills:
    • Set an example of discipline and professionalism for team members.
    • Drive continuous improvement in work quality and workplace conditions.
    • Delegate tasks effectively, coordinate the team, and analyze work performance.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a senior managerial role within the MEP, construction, or technical services sector.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
  • Strong skills in budget management, cost control, and ensuring project profitability.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, driving business growth, and executing strategic plans
