Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, an innovative and meticulous property developer delivering impactful developments across Indonesia and the wider Southeast Asian region through deep local insight and regional expertise.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement tailored marketing strategies for the company, aligned with each project's unique positioning and target audience.
- Ensure all marketing efforts support overarching commercial goals, brand identity, and sustainability commitments.
- Maintain a cohesive and compelling brand narrative across all communication channels for both developments.
- Guide storytelling, visual direction, and messaging in collaboration with creative partners to reinforce brand values.
- Manage digital platforms, including websites, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to evaluate performance metrics and refine digital strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with Sales teams to drive qualified leads for property sales and hospitality bookings.
- Develop marketing materials and manage campaigns across Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and CRM platforms to support hospitality outreach.
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns—both online and offline—including product launches, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee campaign budgets and monitor key performance indicators to ensure optimal return on investment.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, tourism authorities, influencers, and strategic collaborators to enhance brand visibility.
- Lead PR initiatives and coordinate media coverage for significant milestones and announcements.
- Mentor and guide marketing team members across both properties to foster growth and alignment.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and consultants across digital, creative, media, and PR functions.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay attuned to emerging trends in tourism, sustainability, and luxury development to maintain relevance and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within real estate, hospitality, or mixed-use development sectors.
- Demonstrated success in brand development and digital marketing strategy.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Creative and analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Prior experience in destination branding or eco-luxury development projects. Genuine passion for nature, cultural heritage, and sustainable living.
- Proven ability to position and launch new destinations or properties from pre-opening through post-launch phases.
