Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, an innovative and meticulous property developer delivering impactful developments across Indonesia and the wider Southeast Asian region through deep local insight and regional expertise.
Job Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve quarterly sales targets by promoting land plots and villas through diverse channels such as online platforms, WhatsApp, direct outreach, and in-person meetings in Lombok and Sumbawa.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to sales inquiries received via social media, email, and other communication platforms.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to continuously enhance sales strategies.
- Represent the brand at sales events, trade exhibitions, and networking engagements to strengthen market presence.
- Maintain accurate tracking of all leads and clients using HubSpot CRM, ensuring timely and personalized follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Organize and update client records systematically within HubSpot and Dropbox.
- Support clients throughout the due diligence and contract process, coordinating with the legal team to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for villa upselling.
- Provide site teams and account managers with comprehensive briefings on client backgrounds and preferences ahead of scheduled visits.
- Monitor payment flows for land and villa purchases, ensuring accurate documentation of each client’s.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, offering actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
- Ensure all sales tools—including EDMs, website content, and social media assets—are current and aligned with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize campaign efforts with sales goals.
- Join weekly digital marketing and lead generation meetings to evaluate lead volume and quality.
- Vibrant, driven, and engaging personality with the confidence to close deals and navigate objections effectively.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire client journey.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrates a high level of initiative and responsiveness.
- Capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Skilled in CRM platforms and sales tracking tools, with a preference for HubSpot experience.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Technologically adept, with the ability to create visual sales aids such as flowcharts.
- Familiarity with Indonesian property law and real estate structures is a plus.
