Job Responsibilities

Develop and customize Odoo modules to support diverse business requirements
Engage with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and translate project needs into technical solutions
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code aligned with best practices
Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within Odoo applications in a timely manner
Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications as required
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and user manuals to support system implementation
Stay informed on the latest Odoo updates and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics Technology, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.4
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Python development
Proficiency in Odoo, C++, Python, and Django
Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new programming languages and technologies
Ideally suited for staff-level professionals (non-supervisory roles) in IT/Software Development
Strong analytical thinking, collaborative mindset, and effective problem-solving abilities
