Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a company specialising in mobile value-added services (VAS) technology.

Job Responsibilities

Formulate and implement growth strategies to expand The Company’s presence in Laos, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities.
Cultivate, strengthen, and broaden relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and guide product and service development.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of VAS services, digital products, and project execution.
Monitor service performance and coordinate with regional and technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with local regulatory frameworks.
Accountable for achieving national revenue and profitability objectives.
Manage operational budgets effectively to ensure optimal cost efficiency.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide business updates to headquarters.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the Laos-based team.
Establish and manage the local organizational structure to drive productivity and maintain quality standards.
Foster strong collaboration and communication with headquarters and cross-functional divisions.
Act as the primary liaison for telecom operators, strategic partners, and key clients.
Align client requirements with internal teams across Product, Technology, Finance, and Operations.
Address escalations effectively to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Job Requirements

5–7 years of professional experience in telecommunications, digital services, or technology sectors.
Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing business operations at a country or regional level.
In-depth knowledge of the telecom ecosystem in Laos is highly advantageous.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Lao is considered an asset.
Results-driven, decisive, and adept at problem-solving.
