Job Responsibilities
- Reporting to the commissioners and stakeholders, providing regular updates and key insights regarding the company’s performance and strategic initiatives.
- Overseeing sales and operations teams to achieve set targets, employing strategies to boost revenue and streamline operational efficiency.
- Acting as the company’s representative in stakeholder interactions, maintaining and strengthening relationships with key partners, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Cultivating a robust corporate culture by fostering a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Developing and executing change management strategies, leading the organization through transitions to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and initiatives.
- Establishing corporate objectives and ensuring their successful implementation by aligning departmental strategies and performance indicators with the company’s overarching goals.
Job Requirements
- Approximately 10 years of experience in the telecom infrastructure sector (fibre optic, ICT).
- Proven track record at the senior executive level in Sales, with experience as Senior Vice President and Director.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business sectors with agility and adaptability
- Strong background in B2B2C, B2B and B2G environments.
- Broad exposure to marketing, sales, and operations, with a strong focus on performance metrics and results.
- Direct responsibility for turnover management and revenue growth.
- A highly driven, proactive, and creative individual with strong leadership qualities.
