Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of our client, an Indonesian software development company that specializes in building customizable business and enterprise software solutions designed to fit each client’s unique processes and operational needs.
Job Responsibilities
- The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across the company’s core enterprise software solutions, expanding market presence, and acquiring new B2B clients. This role will manage a small sales team (1–3 members) while also acting as an individual contributor, directly engaging in sales activities and supporting client implementation processes.

Own and drive new business revenue growth aligned with company objectives.

Lead the sales of the company’s core enterprise software solutions to targeted B2B clients.

Personally close strategic and high-value deals while remaining an active individual contributor.

Build, implement, and continuously improve a structured outbound acquisition system.

Identify and penetrate new market segments and industries with strong growth potential.

Maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline with strong opportunity qualification standards.

Improve sales conversion performance and ensure a disciplined, efficient sales cycle.

Enforce strict Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) qualification and maintain pricing discipline without excessive discounting.

Develop strategic business plans for market expansion or new product initiatives, including market analysis, projections, and risk assessment.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to recommend new business or product opportunities to management.

Lead, manage, and coach a small sales team to achieve collective performance goals.

Establish and enforce KPI structures, CRM discipline, and regular performance reviews to build a sustainable sales engine.

Support client onboarding and ensure smooth alignment between sales commitments and implementation delivery teams.

Maintain commercial discipline by protecting contract quality, value positioning, and long-term client sustainability.

Report directly to the Owner, providing structured updates, pipeline visibility, and strategic recommendations for business growth
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, IT, Accounting, or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industry (software, enterprise solutions, or B2B technology sales).

Proven experience in solution-based selling.
