Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider of premium heavy equipment and engines across Indonesia.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through consultative selling, account management, and advanced negotiation. 
  • Manage the end‑to‑end lead‑to‑cash process: identify and qualify leads, define customer requirements, co‑create solutions with Application Engineering, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, secure purchase orders, issue invoices, confirm delivery, and oversee collections.
  • Conduct structured customer calls, including need‑analysis discussions, information gathering, and validation.
  • Analyze customer operations to articulate compelling value propositions that support revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Account Managers, Application Engineering, Sales Support, and Sales Administration to ensure accurate proposals and seamless execution.
  • Maintain disciplined sales forecasting, funnel management, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Demonstrate strong customer commitment, ethical conduct, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Uphold teamwork, creativity, innovation, and reliable execution in planning, organising, and problem‑solving.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in major account sales, preferably in heavy equipment (PS specialization).
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in Business English with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for proposals, reporting, and analysis.
  • Based in the assigned branch, dormitory accommodation is provided for site postings.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including long road trips, sea crossings, and visits to remote or challenging terrain.
  • Flexibility to work beyond office hours or weekends for customer meetings and business entertainment.
