About the Company

Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of our client, an Indonesian company engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and trading of office stationery and filing products.

Job Responsibilities 

Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager / Supervisor to oversee financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management within the manufacturing or export sector, possessing a deep understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, tax compliance, and international trade.

• Independently prepare comprehensive financial statements and detailed analysis reports.
• Ensure full adherence to Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Indonesian tax regulations, including PPN and PPh.
• Utilize SAP or other ERP financial systems to manage data and streamline financial processes.
• Manage import/export business processes, including foreign exchange regulations and international trade terms like L/C and TT.
• Develop and implement robust financial analysis and risk control measures to protect company assets.
• Act as a central point for communication and coordination across departments or within a manufacturing group environment.
• Provide guidance and management to the finance team to ensure operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or higher, with a strong preference for majors in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Mandarin Fluency: Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).
• Additional Languages: Proficiency in Indonesian or English is considered a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management.
• Sector Expertise: Preferred experience in medium to large-scale manufacturing or export-oriented companies.
• Specialized Environment: Prior experience working in KITE Parks or Bonded Zones (Kawasan Berikat) is a distinct advantage
• Experience within a head office or a manufacturing group company is preferred.
