Job Responsibilities
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the motorcycle wheel paint manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and optimise resource utilization.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost reduction.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and excellence.
- Supply Chain Management:
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
- Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Financial Oversight:
- Monitor and manage operational budgets and financial performance.
- Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure that production and delivery schedules meet customer requirements.
- Address customer concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management, with a focus on the automotive or motorcycle industry.

Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO or similar.
