Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-rise construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, industry regulations, and best practices in construction methodologies.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control.
- Manage project schedules, tracking progress while addressing potential challenges proactively.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate delays or unforeseen issues.
- Utilize construction software such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar platforms for efficient planning and execution
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognised university.
- Over five years of experience in overseeing high-rise building projects, with a strong track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, building codes, and industry regulations.
- Proven leadership in managing project teams, coordinating effectively with contractors and consultants, and handling complex timelines and budgets.
- Expertise in project planning, risk management, and proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to anticipate and resolve project challenges. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to drive efficiency and innovation in high-rise construction projects
