About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a distinguished leader in the Sumatra Area, overseeing diverse business units across the Automotive, Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, Banking, and food and beverage industries.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in managing F&B operations, ensuring smooth and consistent execution across outlets. 
• Develop and implement business strategies aimed at driving growth, enhancing profitability, and strengthening brand positioning.
• Oversee key operational areas, including cost control, budgeting, inventory management, and vendor relations.
• Guide and mentor outlet leaders to maintain high performance standards and operational excellence.
• Continuously monitor customer experience, gather feedback, and ensure service quality across all locations.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for candidates with a background in Hospitality or Business Management. 
• At least 5 years of experience in managing multi-outlet F&B operations.
• A strong track record of meeting business KPIs and optimizing operational costs.
• Excellent leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to travel and oversee multiple outlet locations, and must be open to assignment in Palembang, South Sumatra.
