Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a distinguished leader in the Sumatra Area, overseeing diverse business units across the Automotive, Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, Banking, and food and beverage industries.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee fit-out and construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate effectively with tenants, contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, mall operational guidelines, and safety standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient execution within set parameters.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any challenges that arise during project implementation.
• Provide clear communication across teams, facilitating collaboration and problem-solving.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant discipline. 
• At least five years of experience overseeing fit-out or construction projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with tenants, contractors, and consultants.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, mall operations, and safety standards.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial or retail fit-out projects. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Leadership and team collaboration skills to drive project success.
