Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, A medium-sized group of companies operating in the fields of Telecommunications, IT Services, Long-term Projects, and Leisure.
Job Responsibilities
- Reporting to the commissioners and stakeholders, providing regular updates and key insights regarding the company’s performance and strategic initiatives.
- Supervising and guiding four affiliate CEOs, offering support and strategic direction to ensure alignment with the holding company’s overarching goals.
- Overseeing sales and operations teams to achieve set targets, employing strategies to boost revenue and streamline operational efficiency.
- Acting as the company’s representative in stakeholder interactions, maintaining and strengthening relationships with key partners, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Cultivating a robust corporate culture by fostering a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Developing and executing change management strategies, leading the organization through transitions to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and initiatives.
- Establishing corporate objectives and ensuring their successful implementation by aligning departmental strategies and performance indicators with the company’s overarching goals.
Job Requirements
- Expertise: Extensive experience in IT or telecommunications, paired with strong business acumen.
- Experience: At least 10 years in senior leadership roles, demonstrating success in managing multiple organizations.
- Corporate Culture: Proven ability to build and sustain a positive and productive corporate culture.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Significant practical experience with mergers, acquisitions, and leading organizational transformations.
- Sales and Operations: A strong track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing operational effectiveness.

- Leadership and Collaboration: Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cohesively with executives and stakeholders.
