Job Responsibilities
- Foster strong client relationships by ensuring ongoing satisfaction through proactive after-sales support and meaningful feedback integration.
- Monitor emerging industry trends and provide strategic insights to support client engagement and identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals and client-facing presentations tailored to highlight relevant business solutions, products, or services.
- Serve as the primary contact for client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution, including escalation where appropriate.
- Oversee compliance with contractual obligations on both the client and company sides.
- Regularly track key program performance indicators to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Lead project planning initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, defining milestones, and ensuring technical feasibility for successful delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading local or international university, with a GPA of 3.50 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Account Management or related functions
- Familiarity with the technology and startup ecosystem.
- Demonstrated involvement in campus or community organizations, showcasing leadership or collaborative aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—for clear engagement with clients and internal teams.
- Creative problem-solving mindset paired with proactive sales awareness, business acumen, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and extract actionable insights that support client success and business growth.
- Confident presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate value propositions persuasively.
- A track record of developing and nurturing productive client and partner relationships.
- Well-versed in navigating and resolving conflicts with professionalism and poise.
