Job Responsibilities

The Lead Implementor oversees trainer teams, ensuring the delivery of effective training sessions aligned with project objectives. Acting as the liaison between the Project Manager and trainers, this role provides leadership, coordination, and support to facilitate smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and support trainers, offering guidance, feedback, and motivation.
    • Cultivate a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Technical Strategy, Planning & Execution
    • Work closely with the Project Manager to establish technical requirements for training.
    • Coordinate with the Project Manager and clients to optimize execution.
    • Develop a technical implementation plan, outlining timelines, tools, and resources.
    • Oversee trainers to ensure the timely execution of training sessions.
    • Address scheduling conflicts, trainer replacements, and master of ceremonies (MC) escalations.
  • Coordination & Communication
    • Serve as the primary link between the Project Manager and trainer teams.
    • Relay project updates, modifications, and expectations to trainers.
    • Resolve concerns and promote seamless system adoption.
  • Performance & Quality Monitoring
    • Track trainer performance, including attendance, engagement, and learner feedback.
    • Identify and rectify performance gaps while optimizing training delivery.
    • Validate training materials for functionality and usability.
    • Share best practices and propose improvements.
    • Participate in post-project reviews to refine future implementations.
    • Ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Data Reporting & Feedback
    • Implement systems to track and report training participation, completion rates, and learner feedback.
    • Analyze technical data to enhance training effectiveness.
    • Consolidate trainer and learner feedback within the cluster.
    • Gather signed-off forms from distributors and clients.
    • Provide regular reports to the Project Manager highlighting performance, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Resource Management
    • Deliver technical training and support to trainers on the efficient use of tools and platforms.
    • Address technical issues during training and provide real-time assistance.
  • Training & Technology Delivery Oversight
    • Ensure proper configuration, testing, and readiness of all technical tools and platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years experience in software implementation, technical support, or project coordination.
  • Candidates who have experience in handling DMS System (Distribution Management System) projects will have an added advantage.
  • Understanding of software deployment and system configurations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training clients or internal teams. 
  • Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
