Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading pioneer in the integration of cloud-based collaborative platforms for transforming business supply chains.

Job Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders ensuring alignment with technical and business feasibility.
• Develop, maintain and update detailed project plans to monitor progress and achieve milestones.
• Address escalations, resolve conflicts, and implement solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Led cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Mentor, motivate, and guide project team members, fostering accountability and a collaborative environment.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
• Identity, assess and mitigate risks to minimize potential project disruptions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Communicate project status, progress, risks, and updates clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that address business needs and ensure successful implementation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field
• Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are highly advantageous.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proven track record in delivering projects successfully and achieving defined deliverables.
• Exceptional maturity in managing diverse stakeholders and navigating complex.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, and the MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage resources and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Independent, proactive, and adaptable in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Collaborative and results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams with confidence and empathy.
• Proven capability to analyze complex scenarios and provide clear, actionable solutions.
• Expertise in negotiating scope, resources, and timelines with clients and stakeholders.
