Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline. 
  • At least 2 years in a Sales Manager role within the engine industry, or as a Branch Manager, Regional Manager, or Sales Manager in the heavy equipment industry. 
  • Direct experience in unit sales (e.g., heavy equipment or cranes) is essential—experience limited to product support or services is not sufficient.
  • Prior hands-on experience in direct selling (e.g., as a Sales Executive or Key Account Manager) is required.
  • Candidates should come from the heavy equipment, crane, or leasing sectors, ideally with a customer base within e.g., mining, construction, agriculture, rental.
  • Well-acquainted with the regional landscape and business environment across South Kalimantan.
